On the night of September 10th, 2001 246 people went to sleep in preparation for an early flight the following day. 2,731 people went to sleep in preparation for work in New York and Washington DC in the morning. 343 Firefighters from FDNY, 37 NYNJ Port Authority Police Officers, 23 New York City Police Officers and 8 EMT'S went to sleep in preparation for their morning shifts. None of these people would live past 10:30am. In a single movement in time, one that would be time stamped forever, the lives of American's changed. We vowed so many years ago that we would never forget those that gave it all that day. We remember, you have not been forgotten. We remember the additional 6000 people who were injured in the attacks and those that have passed as a result of illness contracted from the attacks that day.

Never take tomorrow for granted. Tell those close to you, you love them. Never forget.
